Shipping
Local shipping: No shipping fee (collection is highly recommended)
International shipping: Please email us with the product you wish to purchase and your address and country of residence.
We will reply within 2 working days with a quotation of the full shipping fees as the tax rates for each region is different.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Transfers, Cash on delivery or PayNow.
For payments via bank transfer or PayNow, please send us a receipt of payment for us to proceed with the shipping.
Your credit card information will not be retained on our website for security reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the concern and correct the issue as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
Returns will ONLY be allowed for items that are defective, damaged or wrongly delivered. Otherwise, returns for all other reasons are strictly not allowed. For the aforementioned returns, please take a picture of the item and inform us of the issue within 12 hours upon receiving the item. We will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you.
Refunds are strictly not allowed. Please ensure that you have considered the purchase carefully before proceeding with it. Once the order has been made, there will be no refunds allowed.
